Have you seen the fields in the northwest of Ireland? Carlisle me arse.yep coursed quite abit round ireland matey. lived for nigh on 18 years in ireland. travelling all around. what im trying to say is we have field types just like the irish lol fields your talking about are like down cambridgeshire. see the point im trying to get at. if there running field and fen that should be just as good in ireland scotland wales. my point always gets losed in translation haha

both good animals in there own right. yeah ireland is different to the fen but then 90% of the uk is. nothing magical about the land in ireland. its much like the land around carlise and such. dont both the mentioned dogs catch field and fen. to me they seem prity well tested. some just seem to be jealous if there are dogs better out there then there own at a given task. prity sad. credit where its due there both decent animals on the hare prity much anywhere

i wouldn't call it a day mate and move them on as this game is very hard to leave. yeah times get hard but its very rare they dont improve and you will regret it mate. then you've lost all you've worked so hard for. give it till at least end of season and see where your at then. things change. just don't make the mistake of making rash decisions you most probably will regret atb paul

thats exactly what id be doing Then take it home and see what the fookers been recording I always assumed video was streamed from the drone to wherever they were. If it's recorded on to the drone no need to worry about being somewhere else when shooting itif it's on private land in the sticks, why would they be there in first place if u have permission? You were after rabbits, and carrying out pest control and getting disturbed as you were is a criminal offence isn't it? Sure that it's illegal stopping or interfering with pest contrl I would of thought so, we had a quick look around but cou

I wonder if my polio injection slowed me down or one me other jabs. Can't work it out I swear i should be faster. Is that why all the Africans are so fast. Not jabbing seems to work well for them guys
-
Well done to all . Sounds a fun night were the dogs were tested. Not in terms of huge bags but honest well grafted catches. These are worth more imo. Keep up top work.

Cross me Bro had been trying to do for years pointer bitch was cracking hunter and make no mistake was hard as nails. Had a season every 12 months , decided at 6 to put a grey over her never had a season again. Now she's to old even if she did break down
-
Look at the odds how many champions and how many track record holders have all come from greys who are/were jabbed. Not to jab is idiotic. Enough risk running a lurcher as it is without rolling the dice with disease aswell.

Very unlikely you have a dog that could even handle an average pg much less a good one. You sound like a jelous boring fool since you can't even catch dogs with deer now. Here is something your ignorant jelous as is gonna hate, the dogs I run catch and kill coyotes and are used to catch and kill deer in contracted areas. Your a fool! Yes mate im so jealous of you , that much im gonna beg you to let me know the secret lmao seriously read my posts properly you backward twat. I break my dog to boar. means i dont want to hunt them with my dogs. Before the ban i only wanted to hunt deer

Joe i might sound to be harping on abit on this thread but my mate uses the boots to good use on the flint. If it can put big ears to bed in daylight i'd say they can corner well wesring them lol funny as when he stuck them on his i laughed my head off. He had last laugh as my bitch cut all her pad and stoppers so had to be put away. He could carry on hunting. -
Taping Dogs Toes Up Before They Run ???
paulsmithy83 replied to whitefeet4190's topic in Lurchers & Running Dogs
why would greyhounds need them to run on sand lol i been out in all weather with the lad. They seem to stay on no issues.never seen him adjust them when out????? I think if you run flint or have a dog with feet probs i think there a no brainer reallyI'm on the phone so can't type out much so here's a link would the boots offer protection for any of these foot injurys or do they just protect the pads. http://www.mikeguilliard.co.uk/id15.html Yes greyhounds have foot injuries but greyhounds and lurchers hunting is two different things. In greyhound racing a couple of tenths of a second could me -
I never see a boar as a prized catch. Id much prefere to see my dog run down a deer in the day even more so a stag then to watch my dog hanging off mrs n missy piggy that doesnt really challange in terms of running. Its whole different challenge to a running dog which is maninly Just technique really for boar. I have family friends who only hunt boar have done for generations but by f**k its boring. When we go out. They not even fun to hunt. Soon as dog gets wift of the scent it over. They dont get very far, compared to deer. I break my dog to boar to prevent the inconvience of disrupting me

Just called me mate , them ruffwear are the make. My mate recons he preferes the grip tex ones ???? Not the polar ones??? Recons can get the set of four now for about £60. Recons these dont last as long as the polar but the dog seems to run normal in the grip tex. Polar are abit bulky for his liking. So there ya go lads a review from someone who uses them day in day out lol -

He doesnt leave the house without them on if hes gonna work them. The working dog ones dont seem to effect performance of the running dog. Its a smart idea as doesnt matter how good dogs feet are its a waiting game for them to rip on flint if your out most days on it . Least that way he knows hes covered. -
