  1. Good old fashioned Kips Chrome Leather Fell Boots, last forever.
  2. Wankers, no justice is severe enough.
  3. We still keep dogs bred down from the original stuff after the outcross and I'm happy with them. Plenty hard enough, but a bit more sensible, well most of them, we lost a bitch last year that was far too hard for her own good, and we always knew it was going to happen sooner or later, but she made it to five years old, which was a surprise. This dog is that way bred and 3 and a half now.
  4. We bought in a black dog a good few years back now from the man himself, a dog called Mucker, we wanted him for an outcross and luckily we used him over a good bitch because we dug him dead, very hard and had no idea when he was losing, but awesome all the same.
  5. What a bloody good thread, from some obviously very clued up lads.
  6. Sorry mate, but I have no idea what you mean. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I think nuv means its a different dog but I can see the resemblace. Its black for a start! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Look at the little white blaze, like an upside down V, looks like the marking on a black bear, which is where she got her nickname, I might be crap with a camera and I'll be the first to admit it, but I don't need a trip to specsavers.
  7. Sorry mate, but I have no idea what you mean.
  8. The bitch on the left, before the drop job. The bitch on the right after drop job. Crap picture I know, but best I've got.
  9. Yes it can be done, I don't know whether a vet would do it or not, but I've done two black bitches of my own that carried a part pricked ear, it's virtually painless, just a quick squeak, but it won't make it work any better, just a bit more pleasing to look at and I only did mine because I could, it didn't really bother me one way or the other.
  10. If the contacts have been cleaned a few times using abrasive paper, somteimes they get a bit short, try folding piece of tin foil to a couple of mm thick and placing it in the cap before putting the battery in, make sure it's a snug fit round the edges, this takes up any slack and has worked for me a good few times. 11. Behave Who's gonna sell hemp nets at that price?
  12. If anyone is looking to buy new nets. I have just bought 30 x 1 metre 6oz purse nets for 33 quid inc P&P. I posted a cheque on Monday and the nets came on Thursday, top service. 14. It's also a little known fact that the hairs around your arsehole are the longest in the human body, they are connected all the way to the eyelashes, that's why when you catch one under your fingernail when wiping your arse, it makes your eyes water.
  15. Excellent, maybe it's just the picture, but that spot only looks shallow, so that dog did his job well fettling one sharpish, lovely.
  16. An old chicken, leave them on one side to get a bit high, seems to work OK
  17. I agree with Taffy, doesn't matter how hard they are, if they can't find they're no good, they have to WANT to find, they all have a nose to differing levels, they don't all have the desire to use it.
  18. Nice shooting, what's the old 12, owt special or just a knockabout?
  19. What a crying shame, that second pic looks like a forgone conclusion. Very nice.
  20. No Wilky, decided on a Sooty Sam bred pup. Fair bit less than the others I was talking about, but still a lot more than you would pay for a lurcher. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> The value only lies with you mate, if it does what you want it to, then it's money well spent.
  21. Mate, is that the one at strong money that you were fancying.
  22. No idea, but the c**t who owns it must be f**king radged!!
  23. Having some would be nice :11:
  24. I have just been offered a Sarriugarte 12g O/U multichoke ejector. The gun is in very good condition, handles very well and seems a nice piece of kit for a spanish job, the price is right, but I've never heard of them. Does anyone on here know anything about them?
  25. What's holding the blade into the Ally handle? araldite? can't see any rivets, looks a tidy job.
