that young rat was poking its head out from under some black polythene mate and 40 yds away it cant escape the thermal though lol

ive always used accupel mate -people say there are better pellets to use but if its not broke don't fix it is my motto -I started using them in my logun pro as they were the recommended choice for that gun and just stuck by them

took craig out for an hour just for a stroll around farm and he wanted to use photon and get more practice using it both day and night so left him to his own devices and I just parked up in farmyard chatting to farmer with gun at the ready -I used thermal and killed a feral and a small rat and craig shot a couple more ferals feeding on a bit spillage on farm track

thanks for replies lads and it does have built in video that im still trying to suss out and once I get the knack of it I will stick a bit of coverage up -I don't like to "faff" on with new gadgets as im more a get on with it type of person lol

not long back from a good nights shooting and I switched the thermal back over to my mk2 rapid and it wasn't long before the bunnies were building up in the rucksack -I hadn't really been keeping count as I just do the job the landowner asks of me but was pleasantly surprised at end tally of 64 rabbits and I did shoot a couple of rats I spotted near farmyard ----my plate is never empty jimmy lol

hours walk in morning then kennelled up- 2 hrs after tea then fed [springer spaniel] dogs hamper you in life with holidays etc I now holiday in GB & im thinking when hes gone I might have a few yrs off owning one ----------------------------who am I trying to kid? lol couldn't be without one -

hi rez -I know I put pics up of decent hauls of rabbits mate but a friend of mine [on this site] puts me to shame with some of his bags of rabbits lol mixy will hit the places I shoot on so I will shoot as many as possible whilst they are healthy

barley been cut in few places around here and been told rape will be about 3-4 weeks away -I have been getting a few woodies on clover lately using an old static caravan as a hide lol

me and craig out last night with thermal & photon and after a few misses between us we got our act together and ended up 35+ mk1 rapids in action

have you cleaned barrel? -have you single loaded it? silencer off etc? just a few little things that could be the problem -ftm-- next time just buy a rapid lol

you don't need to prove yourself Mark cracking pics and bloody well done -it shows if you have enough quarry on the land that you shoot on large numbers are achievable with an air rifle without too much fuss- ftm
