third genaration with running dogs grabbed a hold of one of my uncles whippet pups when i was six months old my uncle made sure the old man took it home for me as soon as was able to walk i was out ferreting and mooching with my uncles had that dog till i was 16 then i got my first lurcher greyhound x lab was not the fastest dog but we had some good times till she got run over then it was a whippetxpit grate we rabbiting dog had to have her put to sleep full of cancer at nine years old i was gutted the it was my old dog clyde deerhound greyhoundxbeddy greyhound who i had to get put to sleep a

i remeber them days mate....but we got the cane the bastereds trik was to get you on the up stoke aswell to catch you on the finger nails i held the school record.....36 in one day....now that f****n hurt kids now dont know what there missing lol

are they all away doxhope or is it still there -
as i understand it there are a few diffrent kinds of podengos the podengo canario is more houndy in shape they hunt them in most parts of spain also known as the warren dog they hunt them in packs at night with ferrets but no nets can be used there season lasts for a month and a half a year then they are locked away in groop kennels out in the sticks more like shacks than kennels the adult dogs are chained up to prevent theft not the best kept dogs ive seen originate from the pharo hound so i was told i have some pics of adults and pups i took recently in gran canaria will post later very s

the dry fly floats on the surface of the water and usaly fished upstream where as the wet fly is fished under the surface and usaly down stream i usaly fish with wets early on in the season going on to drys as the fish become more active and start rising usaly around may on my waters hope it helps mate
