    The bottom part of his face looks a little fuzzy like it isn't in focus and is identical to the pic next to it, but the upper part (the bloodied disfigured part) looks sharp and more in focus. I'm not one for conspiracy theories and all that shit but why would they do that to the pic?

    A client of mine that i did some business for a few years back fought in the first Gulf War.
