    BALLYREGAN BOB

There was an invitation race between the two at a distance that was a bit shorter than scurlogue champ usually ran and a bit longer than ballyregan dog liked. If I remember correctly bob was away in front when champ jacked it.

    More jokes

Ron the rooster was the meanest toughest rooster - ever. He would bully or fight all the farmyard animals, until one day the farm cat picked a fight and hammered the $hit out of Ron! the moral of this story, \ No matter how big and hard the co*k is, a pu$$y will always take it!! Humpty Dumpty sat on a rock, Little Bo Beep was sucking his co*k, As soon as he came, she started to weep, She knew by the taste he'd been shag*ing her sheep A woman goes to see her doctor because she has a bit of lettuce sticking out of her pu$$y. The doc says " That looks nasty".
  3. It's great to get out and a bonus if we catch anything The pic at the bottom[the tree with the blue of the sky,and the green of the grass] is stunning.
  4. REBEL SCAUR TRIG TAZ MERLIN MONTY AMY
  5. Surely the heavier the pellet the higher the trajectory which has got to be a disadvantage,
  6. Your dog looks in tip top condition Young Buck,a credit to you :thumbs-up:
  7. Mole trapper i didn't say in my post but the pups were not bought from Hancock[i've edited the post] they were bought from a prick at Guisborough, there was very little chance of the pups making the grade after the way he reared them. I later found out that his wife had left him and with his work commitments the pups only saw him twice a day for 5 minutes, the rest of the time they were shut in a shed, what chance did they have?
  8. I've seen them catch between -100% of the rabbits they chase, then for no apparent reason one night you'll go out with them and they will run like a dog having it's first night's lamping maybe catching 1 out of 10 slips A lot does depend on the terrain, the elements and of course the lamper. We should remember they are only animals not machines
  9. What a crackin' merle bitch mate, how's she bred? She's a beauty, did you breed her yourself?
  10. Sorry Moorman can't agree[if you pick up your pup @ 8 weeks then the socialising etc is up to you] if the pups are not socialised by 8 weeks you are going to struggle IMO. A short while ago my mate and I made the mistake of buying two 9 week old pups[not from Hancock] that we realised soon after we got them home they had had next to no human contact.Four weeks later the dog pup was no better every time my mate went up to him he would flee then crouch in a corner trembling with p*ss and sh*t flying out of it.The bitch was only slightly better, the prick that bred them has a lot to answer
  11. Up here we have young rabbits in most of the buries so I think the games a bogey The way I look at it is if I stop early i'll get started early as well, the begining of August should find the buries full of full and 3/4 sized rabbits,if the myxy keeps away.
  12. Must admit the ferreting season is more or less over for me and the mate, just too many young rabbits in the buries. Will use the long nets and the air rifle from now on.
  13. It's the British mentality isn't it.always quicker to knock someone than praise them. What get's my goat are the amount of folk that slag his dogs off yet have never had one, some of them have never even seen one,yet they still think they are qualified to have an opinion I am in the above position so can't say aye or nae.But I won't be jumping on the bandwagon and slagging his dogs off, why? Because i've got a mind of my own
  14. I like using maggots, here is one my son caught on the Nith last summer.
  15. David Hancock would be the obvious answer.
  16. My dogs are fed twice a day, breakfast in the morning and main meal in the evening.
  17. Saw plenty pied Blackbirds, also a white Pheasant and a white Swallow. I'll probably get the piss ripped out of me for this but here goes-has anyone ever come across a BRINDLE COW all the years I've been mooching in the countryside I've only ever seen the one.
  18. I have trained greyhounds for 20+years,I only run them on the Scottish flaps, this way I don't have any kennel bills as such,it costs about £6/week to feed each dog. I could not afford to have a dog with an ngrc trainer just too costly. It's different in Ireland samba as they operate an open kennel system where an individual can train their own dog/dogs,it's not dissimilair to flapping in the UK.This makes it more hands on so in my veiw more enjoyable.
  19. Just wondering what all you rabbitcatchers do with the coneys you catch? If I have a good sized bag of clean rabbits[ferreted or long netted] I will dress them for the butcher. Lurchered or shot rabbits go to the dogs and ferrets. Every now and then my son Declan[9] and I will sit down to a platefull of casseroled rabbit and salad potatoes, beautifull. Can't get the wife or oldest son,Dylan[12] to try it.
  20. Have to disagree samba,it's more important to "know" what your doing than have plenty of money. There is a level for everyone in the sport. :thumbs-up: Frank if your interested in coursing greyhounds it's the biggest meeting in Ireland next week down near Clonmel. The National meeting takes place on 5th,6th and7th of February.
  21. I don't show my ferrets I only work them.Therefor colour doesn't enter into the equasion when i'm looking at breeding a litter. What's more important to me is their working ability and temperament. Nothing worse than a second rate worker that's a biter to boot.
  22. We have vicar rabbits around my area, they are rabbits with a white collar. The amount of white varies from just a blaze on the forehead to nearly half, usually from behind theshoulders forwards. A few black ones as well.Only ever seen 2 blue ones and 1 ginger one.
  23. The lad that sold it was emigrating to Australia.
