    Years ago got caught ferreting off a keeper got a good hiding off him and his mate and when a got back to the motor all the tyres had been done. hope you went back ferretting and slashed his tyres,...you know...pay back the favour. Couldn't agree more. If somebody did that to me I would make sure they were a lot worse than I was i think that day is gone as far as some keeper catching you and kicking the living shit out of you for the oddbit of lamping,but if it ever happened to me i would take the law into my own hands, cause havox around the estate,i would lamp everything,rabbits,ha

    Been and got a collar with a decent size ring on. Will cut my old slip lead at the end and use it as a slip. Thanks for the ideas great help

    I love my whippet. Turning out to be a cracking ferreting dog and just getting him on the lamp. All i am interested in is a mooch about and see what rabbits are about. Hes great with the ferrets, good with children and around other dogs. Keen as mustard when ferreting and he will chase the bolters. If thats all you want a dog for then i would get one

    Well after the lamp arrived from deanflute the other day i have been itching to get out with the dog. Gave my friend a call yesterday and he fancied a look out so we arrange a time that night. Not the best conditions to be out but i wasn't bothered didn't expect a miracle from the dog with it being his first time out. Mate finally arrived and off we went. After a short walk got to the first field and we walked to the brow and popped the lamp on. A quick scan of the field but nothing in sight.
