  1. To shoot or not to Shoot that is the question.........................

  2. Nice looking rifle......wanna swap for near mint TX200?.....(pushing my luck)
  3. I love springers and like i have said i have never owned a pcp......i went and brought another TX200 today lol thats how much i love em...i now have 2 but want to maybe swap 1 for pcp to see what all the fuss is about....i doubt very much i will ever sell my other springers(infact i know i never will)But the feel of a springer and the recoil even if its not a shoulder thumping recoil is summit i love.A pcp will obviously never give you this feeling and i guess you would feel seperated from from the quarry and rifle.Like has been said the stalking up close with a springer and trying(lol) to coc
  4. Would you swap for a TX200 in good condition?
  5. Only ever shot mate's pcp and to be honest apart from being lighter and quieter there was no diff in end result.....infact i felt my springer shot better and seemed to hit harder than his pcp but as i have no experiance really with them i cannot really comment....i love the feel of a springer though
  6. Hello and welcome to the forum mate......regaurds CA are you still doing the half price insurance for public liability?
  7. Cheer Simon buddy...i will be a happy chap if that happens for me mate

  12. Hehehe you know you love a springer Alex mate
  13. Who does your manicure Davy jus jokin mate
  14. The HW77 .22 is more than capable of taking quarry.........the only issue is the shooter...this is not to say your not up to it mate......its a matter of confidence and capability. There are many reg's here that use the HW77 on reg basis and have no prob im sure they can give you tips on this.....maybe start on static targets(paper, cans, card)before trying live quarry to gain confidence we all love to shoot but none want to wound and make live quarry suffer
  15. yeah i would say a good deal....about 180-220 quids worth there mate
  16. Sounds like it mate........its like my local gunclub didnt like the fact that i have more experiance with higher caliber guns/rifles than 90% of them did lol......basically i pissed on thier bonfire.....im sure they dont like younger ex military guys on thier land because we have more experiance with shooting higher caliber than they do........sorry for the small rant
  17. Buy springer mate TX200 or HW77 or HW97 you WILL NOT BE DISAPOINTED
  18. I was gunna buy a compound bow also as i have a range down road from me.......this i feel is a option i can choose......i love trying diff hunting styles
  19. Had a feel of the Air Arms EV-2 mk2 tonight and the weight was awsome....like it wasn't the one in the pic it was a black finnish not the blue in my choices but WOW what a rifle......im trying the HW100K tomoz once gunsmith rings me on his range but it needs to be good to match the AA rifle thats for sure......for me its about balance and how it feels and if i could stalk during hunting for 6-7 hours if it feels right it is right Im kinda like pianoman(si)but not as good when it comes to springers i love the weight and feel of a springer so pcp is very new to me
