    Thanks for the replies I'll try and put more photos up as they grow. Apparently no border in her which suprised me as well but the guy bred her himself from a JRT from Eddie Chapman lines to a non ped whippet with a touch of grey in it. What I like about this guy is he's breeding from her because he's been so happy with her and anyone who'll travel from Dorset to the Midlands for a mating has more full respect.     Just received these from the breeder 3/4 whippet 1/4 JRT they have the colour of their dad Kaspa. He bred them to keep one for himself. He wanted a bitch got three dogs he's keeping one anyway. I think they're all spoken for just thought I'd share the pics Dam and SIRE

    These will be 3/4 whippet 1/4 JRT whippet coursing lines, JRT Eddie Chapman lines I'm waiting on the photo from the breeder. Pups white and fawn LIKE THEIR DAD and JRT FACES LIKE their mom apparently rough coated. I'll stick them up if he sends them.

    Thia ones actually a whippet cross JRT but could easily be mistaken for a border cross in terms of looks. It's a cracking worker.

    If you go back and read my post you'll notice that I don't slag MB off at all I state that I think he breeds decent dogs and that I've got one myself but there's too many people without there own ideas out there copying his breeding programe . I don't use the word mythical but state that there is a myth that there's only one type of working whippet and also that I have a non MB dog that is just as good if not better than my MB dog. I've got no axe to grind with noone I'd prefer to discuss the topic rather than get dragged into anything personal. hi tripletree i would rather discuss

    Its not what MB did in terms of breeding he took an old method of in breeding 3 times then outcrossing and then coming back in what's worrying is everyone else doing the same thing, no imagination or thought, breedings about improving not copying . There needs to be more outcrosses and different blood for the good of working whippets the gene pool will be too small. And the myth about Sooty Sam breeding not being bettered? I've got a Sooty Sam bitch who has never let me down but I've also got another whippet from different lines that's just as good and dare I say it even better. There does
