SHOW DOGS il do you Shredder i wish i could work my dogs but there you have it im 56 years old hardly likely to take a shovel and dig 15ft down. I have cancer and undergoing chemo therapy. I like to come on here and read about what my dogs and i wish we could do so i do the next best thing. Because i show and breed my dogs doesnt mean the pups dont work, one of them went to Holland hunting far bigger and better than you can do over here. I dont come on here to fall out

    cheers its just very frustrating its like 3 steps foward and 2 steps back! I have 3 youngsters so i know what you mean but i find it easier training them together than one, not that im training mine for hard work im a meer female and cant dig but rabbits, rats and the odd mice lol....

    Hi

    hope you dont mind me asking but was wondering if the following of the hunt on foot was an easy thing to do. I quite fancy taking two of my young patterdales out to see a bit of life and was going to ring and ask the hunt kennels. Im not brave enought to hunt my horses im a bit of a whimp about leaving the ground without a parachute.

    go with somone who has a WORKING terrier with bull blood and take your terrier do a dig to the bull and do a dig with yours and you will find out what advantage bull has in the make up of the dog You can see in my side pic one of my patterdale has obvious Bull she is Nuttall bred, this bitch has produced working dogs one of which went to Holland so for me nothing wrong with a bit of Bull in the blood.

    I HATE THE RSPCA WITH A PASSION, do gooders and idiots that know sweet FA. They rake money in from people who should know better and spend it on beautiful buildings. If they take your dog in cause its lost they charge you the earth to get it back. Oh dam ill shut up before i fuse fully...

    hello there are many badger in my countury ,maybe i caught about 60 badger , 13kg ,15kg, 19kg, 25kg , i heard my friend talk me that he catch 30kg badger , but i have not seen 25kg over yet . badger is small in the spring ,but they are grow twice in order to sleep in the winter . This post is brilliant it always interesting to see how different people live in other parts of the world and all the things they are allowed to do and we are not. We are supposed to be a free country it makes me laugh free i think not.

    Have you checked that she hasnt got a urine infection, we had a bitch that was a problem like that and the vet gave a slow releasing antibiotic and she is fine now. Just a thought.

    This may be silly but from a female point of view, do none of these people police included not think about cruelty for the dog still being down there are they really that anti hunt that a female could lose a dog just out walking and not be allowed to get it back. The worlds gone mad. I find that quite worrying as there are loads of badger holes and fox holes around and twice ive come face to face with a baby badger so would hate to think one of my patts may take it in there heads to go and the police could not only cause havoc but lock me up as well. Sincerely hope you find your dog.
