  1. brilliant intelligent little dogs.
  2. I have a patterdale litter due in a few weeks and would give one to a good working home if she has enough as im keeping most. I would also want loads of information about the potential home etc. If you have a potential interest drop me a pm.
  3. If you want people to write in it helps to provide a template letter that people can copy and paste either into a letter or email. Most people cant spare the time to sit and write, lots have lost the will to be bothered but a click and sign might persuade a few to take the trouble. Just a thought.
  4. very nice and well put together.
  5. my daughter uses brewers yeast for her ID X TB who is 13 for arthritis. In fact she uses that for loads of things.

  8. It may help if you said what advise you were wanting ie care and management, training, working etc.
  9. sometimes these things can start from boredom in the kennel or house. Have you perhaps worked or exercised her less this last month or so?
  10. I use Royal Cannin mini starter which you can add hot water to and it makes a mousse. My bitch in her early days found this very palatable and it kept her in good condition all the way through. It is superb for the pups. You could always ring Royal Cannin and talk to them about it they are very good.
  11. I have a pet safe radio fence for sale open to offers, two terrier collars, about enough wire to do three acres. Cost me about £150.00 but was not good on our sloping land. Pm me if interested.
  12. I only mentioned i had one for sale as it had been posted im not sure it would stop a dog barking. It certainly keeps them contained and its no good on steep land and wild life can chew through the wire so lots of repair and trace work all right over a small area or garden.
  13. Innotek sell one for £39 at www.invisibledogfence.co.uk, I have a number of them and they really work. It doesn't take long for the dog to realise they need to be quiet. I have one for sale and open to offers, about enough wire to cover 3 acres,we couldnt use it as our land is to steep. I also have two collars. Pm me for details if anyone is interested.
  14. To sooth the eye you can use a green cooled tea bag held over the eye make sure that everything is kept sterile, also as others have said golden eye ointment or maxitrol 5ml eye drops.
  15. Congratulations, may you long enjoy riding and the love of a good horse.
  16. Put him in a kennel away from everything then!!! your making excuses. Ive an old dog here,14 he is and not a tooth in his head, only dog i retired to the house and its only because he got sick and i put him in a crate in the kitchen for a week, that was 3yr ago! To be honest he is a fe*kin pest,he hasnt the patience for pups running round him,he farts, stinks, barks for no reason in the night, when he drinks he floods the place, still raids the bin if he gets chance and has started to have the odd shit or piss in the kitchen....i put up with him...why? because from his second season to his last id o
