Photo copies are fine that's what I do when I have my springer pups done vet gives me a copy all signed then I photo copie it and fill my bits out!! If there is any problem with it he tells me 2 give him a ring!!

I have a load of game cocks here April hatched and some are crowing well but a lot still not crowing yet!!
