  1. clueless have you got a dog pal if so what sort age and youd be better catching a couple in a cage trap at letting your dog have a good look then let it out and your dog will do the rest atb b
  2. i live in copley pal the best place to go is down by the canal next to sewage works go down early doors or dusk there everywhere but not all time seems to be hit and miss but i walk my two patts down there regularly and theve had a few i have alot of farms on my books with rat problems but dont take people on them that i dont know as previous experiences have caused me problems atb b

  6. they are trying to ban the use of barley straw at the minute were you planing on using the liquid form because it gives you a rate on the back of bottle i had some here but dont know where it is but if memory serves you dont need much atb b

  10. if you have a pesticides permit you will be able to get a aquatic herbicide that you can spray on the top and it will translocate through the weed killing it this is a specialized area i do quite abit with work but there are only certain chemicals you can use in and around a water coarse and if the pond has a outflow you must check where it goes and if it has in anyway entering the water supply and only use the recommended amount. "round up " aka glyphosate can be used to kill pond weed but when i use it i only use half rate. atb b
  11. long term plant some mint under some chicken mesh them when its of size it will become a food source roe love it they cant get enough of it we made some bays in our wood planted it up a once they were about a foot high within 3 or 4 days munched right down and we shot two in the same morning as they were returning regularly atb

  17. no worries and are you using rifle or shotgun if the weather is really bad we go out with the shotguns sit on a fence line with plenty of view around and start calling weve had a few with this maybe 4 or 5 on good nights but its the rifle that you get big numbers with atb pal

  21. have your terriers ever worked rats because if not your going about it in the wrong way taking a spade into a random field with two holes but if they have worked rats then i bet theres not just the two holes rats like to dig under things so have a good luck around pal there will be more good luck
  22. no mate your right the vet is a wanker he wouldnt dock the tails of a litter i had about 6month ago yet we had one a year before that and he was willing to do them then but we are looking to move vets at the minute its just finding one who is ok with the fact my dogs work but his diet is dairy and wheat free and iv also ordered a couple of products that have been suggested to me from your good selves so i guess its just a time game now atb b

  24. yep good point went back to vets today got to go back in a month got sum pills for allergies but hes still scratching but not as much so fingers crossed cheers again regards b
