  1. In all my time Ive never bought a lamp, Ive always made my own. About 20 years ago I used a Lucas square 8, these have a black bulb protector that shrouds the bulb, the lbeam was better with the glass lense removed. I used these for years, as I worked as a mechanic on the buses, and we had loads of them. What a beam it had, and we killed thousands of rabbits using them....

  3. Good stamp of deerhound there matie, smallish, strong looking just the type for doing the business...If all deerhounds at the moment were like these, the breed would not have the problems it is having.... Would be interested to know the breeding

  15. Its just my way snoop about the heads off, the same as I always feed rabbits raw, gutted with the head on, some lads leave the gut in, others totally skinned. Yes I know what you mean about the stock stuff in the bottom of the boiler, but where I can I always like to feed meat raw..My dogs have not problems with fish bones, and certainly not rabbit bones, they eat raw hare, and deerheads my deerhounds even eat fox meat, nothing is wasted here The heads off the fish, cut their eyes out and they see you through the week
