how bout the stuff that you put on kids nails to stop em biting em...i think its called stop n grow but not sure,,,,dunno how long the taste lasts either,,dont want the poor littler f@@ker having to put up with the bad taste full time

hi i know nothing about vasectomised hobs,,but i see its been a nightmare..cant you put something round the area that he eats himself like sour tasting/bitter tasting?,,so that he wont like the taste if he decides to do it again?..atb dave

when you say about mothering and hormones going into overdrive....does it still affect spayed jills?,,i would have thought that being spayed their hormones would not be present?,,,please tell me if im being thick or something but i wanna be sure in case it gets more aggressive,,thanks in advance,,dave

ive noticed when i get my 2 jills indoors,,sometimes the slightly larger one trys to drag the littler one about by her throat,,,,they usually play fight indoors but i never seen it in their shed where they live,,,,i dont know if its anything to do with their season still or not because i had them both spayed on 2nd march last year when they were both about 9 months old,,,,,,,any ideas?,thanks in advance

we have our ferrets in the house sometimes,,they scratch at the brand new carpets in the living room,,mrs does her nut,,,,,,as for all you lot saying the mrs would kill ya,,,,lol,,,,man up!!!!

ferret hutch very large,,free to collector,,,its 2ft high,,2ft wide and 8 foot long,,made from 18mm shuttering ply,,its got a felt covered roof and large tarpauling to cover it over during the night,,,its heavy and has no legs,,its stood on old car wheels in our garden so youde have to sort out the legs,,my stinkers were in it for about 18 months,,,,ive washed it out last week but its still got wet patches,,so needs drying out before use,,its got a seperate sleeping area,,

get another jill to keep her company mate,,when theyre in season or its due,,get a jill jab or mate em with a hob thats been done....its not a pleasent site mind lol...i had both mine spayed,,,,,i know matings natural,,but im squeemish,,all that screaming n shoutin n grabbing :sick: ,,makes me feel like shit lol

my 2 jills were 28 pound each for spaying by local rspca vet....i went to a vet near harrietsham ferret rescue and paid 47 pound each to have them done,,,why?,,coz roy from the ferret rescue reccomended her to me and he says she knows what shes doing coz she does them all the time,,,,money well spent in my opinion,,,peace of mind coz at least shes not some joey vet from up the road that knows sweet F.A,. about ferrets..,,dont shop around for the cheapest price,,if you think enough of em,,get em done by someone that knows what theyre doing,,,nuff said n all the best,,

if you cant afford the 2.99p or so for the bottle yet mate,,get a heavy bowl to put the other ones water in mate,,,one that cant be turned over,,or a brick with a hollow in it ,,that should be a temp solution atb..dave

ask her if she wants her bad arm slinging,,,if she says yes,,get her by it and sling her all round the f,,kin room,,,then say to her,,,thats how the ferrets feel when you sling them about,,,

give her some grub then when she gets a mouthfull pick her up and talk to her n stroke her,,,,she wont let go of the food and it should give you a good opportunity to stroke her and become familiar with her,,my son did that to a biting jill i found last december and she was fine after a while,,try not to show her youre scared or nervous,,good luck mate,,

i got a family of spades living next door,,,,,i dont know if they stand up or lie down,,but when im out rabbiting theyre usually in bed so pose no danger to my dog or ferrets running into them,,
