  2. Hello boys, i was out on saturday with the old man up my cattle farm permission, sorry theres no pictures or a write up, (it was a shotgun day) lol anyway les (the farmer) had a walk over to us, and gave me the lovely news that he has a further 38 acres of land and im welcome to use it "Terrific" Now ive had the permission on his farm for 4 months or so now and im up there regular doing my best to clear the barns of doves and ferals, and the lake of ducks, This got me wondering...............why has he only just mentioned this extra land after 4 months?? Why diddnt he mention it when i first s
  3. The Air Ranger..... Designed to be a ‘supergun’ amongst sporting air rifles, the Air Ranger and its extra-high power stablemate, the Air Ranger , brings a whole new dimension to mechanically-driven PCPs. Now you can shoot well beyond your normal limits. Capable of muzzle energies up to 60+ ft/lbs in .22 calibre (Air Ranger) and an awesome ft/lbs in .25 (Air Ranger ), Daystate presents a new breed of pneumatic for the hunting field; one that delivers a performance unrivalled by any other air rifle and which allows you to shoot at ranges normally associated with smallbore firearms.
  4. I got the S10 mk2 carbine in .22 3 months ago and i love it mate, high shot count and very accurate (in the right hands) Abit on the heavy side but IMO if you cant carry 8lbs with both hands then you shouldnt be shooting lol
  5. Good going fella, nice write up and pics
  6. Right lads, its gunna take ages to reply to you all individually so if the people interested P.M me ill get back to every1, Its just been brought to my attention that a lad offered people the same chance as i am offering and he was s**t on from a great height with some dodgy characters off this site, Im not saying any of you boys are anything like those mentioned, but as we all know permissions are like gold dust, and once you secure one you do your best to keep it. So id prefer that the interested lads gave me a call so we can have a chat and get to know a few basics about each other, insuran

  10. Sorry you lads arnt closer i know some people are struggling to find somewhere to use their rifles, i dont mind young shots coming along either, aslong as they are sensible and willing to learn, just thought it would be nice to help people out, im quite lucky when it comes to permissions but i havent always been, so i know what its like.
  11. Hiya boys, just wondering if anybody fancied a days target shooting with the chance of a few bunnies, squirrels and pigeons on some of my land?? Gets abit boring by myself, the old man comes every now and then but its shotgun time when he does come (he doesnt do air rifles) Itd be nice to have abit of company and a bit of competition with someone who has the same enthusiasm as me
  12. Great quality on those photos J.D
  13. Ive been on the AA's pellets for my last two outings, and as an avid biz mag user before the AA's i can honestly say theres not much between them (in my rifle anyway) i love the biz mags but i like to keep them for my permissions where the quarry are likely to be closer, to counteract the curved flight path, but accuracy and grouping wise there is very little difference, although i did have about 20/30 damaged pellets in the AA's where as i struggled to fine any damaged with the Biz mags, happy hunting
  14. Fair play to you lol if im honest ive taken part in a few drive bys on a few of these places in my youth But you dont enjoy it as much as shootin sumwhere you have permission, so i just stick to those now
  15. Block paving reminds you of the barrage??? lol i know a few lads who have a sneaky drive round the barrage and a few of the industriall estates round here, the numbers of rabbits they get is unreal, i wouldnt risk it though, i have to much to loose lol

  21. Thanks boys, the carbines are ideal for car work shay, and i can imagine your ultra is well suited for it aswell Cheers ste, ive got that cammo tape on now so diddnt want to risk the rifle getting wet incase it soaked the tape and water got trapped between it and the metal work, id hate to take it all off after how much time it took me lol . I made sure the mirrors were clear darcy n matt lol i even had to double check id rolled the window down for the through car shot lol cheers lamping boy Adam just keep trying with the permissions mate, youll get there in the end
  22. Hiya boys, ive been sitting all day today watching the rain bouncing off the pavement, Im in the process of giving my 3 favourite permissions a rest as ive been hitting them pretty hard over the winter and im up at one of them on saturday to have another go at clearing the cattle barns, plus my 3 favourites are 45 minutes drive from me and i just fancied a quick hour while the rain had stopped, A quick call to my mate who works security on a caravan site near me and im on my way out the door with the S10 over the shoulder, This site is literally 5 minutes drive from me and my mate assures me i
