    I went Yesterday as I have done for the last Twenty or more Years,Didn't camp so I cant comment,did see a lot of drunks around the show ground,but that would be a mixture of Youth and a very hot Day I was near enough fried walking around man was it hot,if I had a can of bow as was kindly offered to me by several I would have been pissed. We host numerous events as well as a caravan site during royal welsh show week were we have near enough Ten Thousand people here,we split the families from the Youngsters eight Years ago,and enforce it,as it dosent half stop complaints the following morning

    Bought a working 18 Month old GSD of a lad last Year he had a genuine reason for selling him,best money I have ever spent,what a tool The lad who sold him was genuinely gutted still rings me now and asks about him. When You buy an adult dog sometimes you can be really lucky and pick up a good one Peoples lives can change over night one minute You are able to walk kennel work umpteen dogs,then bang life throws you a shitter A lot of dog sales I believe are caused by bullshit,people especially youngsters believe a lot of it and their expectations are to high of a Young dog,so ine

But nothing ever caught demolished marked or guarded like the white dog in the photo RIP Scooby Biggest load of shit out of all the old wives tales

    Like to say a big thank You to Kath Mike Kelly & Helpers the racing coursing and show was run superbly as normall The Judges both Champions terrier and lurcher picked dogs worthy of winning any show and definitely workers But most of all everyone for coming great atmosphere great crack that what shows are all about

    Yeh always try to support the Tynte show my old hunting ground Dont bother to show her though she wouldnt have third if there was three dogs in the ring Didnt breed her to catch me rossetes although I do enjoy the crack at the shows

    Just to Clarify THIS IS NOT A GAME FAIR Just a One Day Indoor Terrier & Lurcher Show with a couple of Trade Stands, Simulated coursing ,Racing after the Show. The Heart of Wales Game Fair is on August 14th 15th 2010

    In my opinion You need to start right 1 Ensure both parents are not just workers but good workers 2 Rear and feed the pup properly 3 Train the pup properly 4 Most important spend time time time in the field with it Do all this and You will increase Your chances of having a tidy working dog,Not guaranteed but if You failed and looked back,You have probably missed out on one of the four points,ie didnt see one or even Two of the parents working,listen to a load of sales patter.

    Fence Hopper fair credit that looks a tool I will be looking to breed my beddy bitch in the coming Year now she has well proved herself capable of most things Her only problem is she is so head strong when she gets scent its got to go to ground or in the bag,a ten minute shit walk can turn into an hour going back getting the bike just to go back and get her,however she doesnt back down from nothing,a she suprises me how quick she is the ammount of rats she has killed out on the job with me Iwill be looking for a top whippet stud dog british racing champion if I can get one I wont be linin

    I added a photo to another topic recently of my working beardie laddie,someone pm me to start a topic on working beardies, We now own and work Two full working beardies and a son to one of them crossed with a Jack russell accidental mating,however he has turned out to be a usefull tool. We own and work Beardies and border collies the beardies however offer a different range of skills to the border,these are as follows. Our beardies have tremendous scenting ability and have found single lambs in dense woodland Border collies have a lot of what you call set the tend to stalk like a cat beard
