    with contract work' well any paid work you should have liability insurance.. or it will bite you' your basc wont cover for paid work, with handling rodenticides.

    everyones house eh.... thats a tough 1 then, as you will clear yours and 3 week later the same pest will return. 2 classic's, possably 3... for easy entry into the cavities are climbing foilage on the side of a house (may as well have a ladder there for any willing thief too' the gap below back/front door old waste pipe from washer hole, about a foot up from ground level.. a bricky would fill this in, but seeing as we all b&q it nowadays, most folk never seal these holes up. speak to all the residents in the block, maybe get them to unite and hire a pro in who will not only

    a professionals very first job would be to identify the beast. once know which roach he is... the rest is just days away. or you could waste your money and go to b&q, buy some ant powder and the whole process will take around 4 month' seriously mate'......... get someone in. they are very hardy insects and without the correct ingredients you could make the situation treble' i was called out to a job, being the second oppinion, the first guy had treated with a spray application in just 1 flat. this killed 2% and forced the remaining roaches up and out. out of a block of

    a week after the public execution, the equiptment was lifted. shortly after the first video, an obvious entry point into the building was found - a nice burrow from a drain point, straight opposite a broken air brick. However very little was changed in the rats environment untill i was sure that no more were staying over for xmas. after a week passed with no further relatives passing through, and baiting the burrow outside to indicate any further activity (none) the hole was backfilled (to be monitored) the air brick was repaired, job closed. thanks for the replies.

    i shoot most nights....... rats only, as this is all paid work, no time for much more...... i service 4 farms which keep me busy, 2 are casual and 2 are very active. most nights at the active farms i manage 25+ these are all lamped, after being spotted with the yukon mono. however the light nights are now here, i managed more before the light dropped, than when it got dark 2 nights ago. tonights venture i only managed 5, before returning home for 9pm. sorry no pics.
