    Best I have seen were jack / boarder x ruff terrier (Heinz 57) ,this bitch could flush, and kill in the bush and out of it she looked like a boarder type but rounder if that makes any sence. Every pup from her made the grade and she was line bred for years. She was steady and the only time she made a noise was when she was right on the kill.she was so steady she was only ever a few feet away and her recall was excellent. Atb basil

    I never saw the devil run but my freind was there when the devil was matched against anna when old ivor lee owned her.he told me the devil was lethal. And had anna beat but gave her another run for one that was disputed and anna went on to clean up big time. A story for another day .atb basil

    That's ruff luck bud, I have had a shit year as well this time I was hit by fox,s 3 times they took all my chicks ,over 120 of them and brood hens I can't replace, and last night I had a visit from what I think was a stoat .it mauled a cock and 2 hens and killed 2 hens eating the head clean off one. Some do gooder is letting fox,s go in a park behind me what he is catching in the city. A game keeper near me has shot loads some nights as many as seven . Atb basil
