    Hi people, I need help with finding an item that I have no idea what its called :/ I thought it was called a side saddle but im having no luck finding one, I can only find the neoprene slip on ones which fit on the butt stock on ebay.     Im new to this shooting lark, I shoot over and under, always have the tighter choke in the top barrel but I shoot top barrel first, my reasoning being if I miss with the first barrel the second barrel (bottom) will have a wider spread of shot so I get it. I guess im doing it the wrong way around!! Ill start shooting bottom first!

    Good afternoon everyone! I mentioned to a friend I wouldnt mind bagging a goose for christmas, He's made some phonecalls (dads an ex game keeper) and he's got it sorted. So Ive just got back from the gunshop where I bought some Gamebore 32g steel no3's, Upon opening the box im faced with a note "for use in a weapon steel shot proved to 1370 bar" "steel shot barrels will be marked with the steel shot proof symbol a fleur de lys" Now ive got the 1370 bar bit printed on my barrels (a lanber) but I cant see a fleur de lys.     Just so you know fella, don't get would up/stressed about it, it's training not a test!! It's a f*****g laugh aswell!! You'll watch a video, then go out in the car park, do a straight line, turn round come back, do some corners, learn lifesaver (looking over your shoulder before moving) do an emergency stop then go out on the road for 20 mins or so, then he'll sign a certificate saying you've received the training. It flys by because it's a proper laugh/buzz doing it for the first time, there's usually 2 of you aswell so it takes pressure off, on the road you have an ear piece in, he

    What cartridges do you need to take a fox out with a shotgun? and at what range will it definatly kill it rather than just hurt it? Im just curious because my FEO mentioned some cartridges that have 6 bigger shot in them rather than loads of little shot, and he uses them for geese hunting, he recommended getting some but I cant for the life of me remember what they were

    Hi guys, got my SGC on tues, went out on fri and bought my first shotgun, Its a Lanber (not sure on the model) I originally went in for a Browning medalist or similar, but they guy said to check this gun out "its a beauty" and at £600 (probably been raped on the price haha) it was just out of my original budget but holding it against the medalist it just felt so much better (the guy then gave me his gun to hold, dont know what it was but £4k was the price tag and that just felt amazing, everything was smooth and flowed) So yeah, this is it, its heavy and after firing around 25 shots yes

    I think I have a problem! I was looking at lighting, exposure, focus and composition rather than thinking I'd rip them clothes off and fap all over her breasticles!! Beautiful pics, like you mentioned, shame the location wasn't very interesting, but definately looking forward to seeing the next shoot!

    i feel for ya fella,, being stuck in is bad enough,,,,, but beeing stuck in shirebrook, that is bad Yep it is poo you a local then? i used to be local,,, new houghton now that is bad lol im in staveley and the snow is over the car bonnets and still comeing fast i deffo wont be going to work im gonna take the dogs out later instead Thought I recognised that photo, I used to work at Clements cars in shirebrook.

    I do have a coach ATM and he has said he'll fit me up when the time is right, speaking to the FEO though he recommended a more local coach who owns a gun shop aswell, (he said he's in no way trying to sell him to me) but he believes this other guy is cheaper for lessons and is highly recommended. So on Saturday I'll nip down and see him face to face. Thanks for the excellent advice, theres some real pointers on here

    I don't know what the kind of shooting I do is called? We shoot birds that go from left to right/right to left either single or in pairs, and also going away/coming towards birds, I've only had 2 lessons so far, he did say we were going to try bolting rabbit clays next time
