  2. Very nice, I dont supose yours is the one with the sliding block in the front end that works as a barral tuner . Also where did you buy it from if you dont mind me asking . Also post above 3/4" at 100 yds is a lot bigger at 300 plus so the better I can get it even a small amount within reason is good thing . I know its not going to be a bench rest rifle but every bit helps.
  3. I am thinking of changeing the nasty plastic feel stock that Sako fit to some of there 85 rifles. If you hold the butt firm ish it creaks like an old door. The gun shoots ok just feels a bit nasty . I have only just started to look around so early days yet, I have just been on the Bell and Carlson site and they have a intresting one on there with a adjustable block that they say tunes the point of contact between the stock and the barral. There is a clip on u tube showing it being tuned it looks good what do you think?. How many different companys do good aftermarket stocks to fit the 85 ?.

  7. Yes, I had a lend of the latest cluson it was ok but could be better its a strange thing to get to full beam its loud ,and you have to press the on button three times to get to full beam thats 6 loud clicks way to much. In the end I got a tiablo ag10 g and its real good bit of kit I use mine on a 22-250 and can see to shoot a good distance you can buy it as a kit or on its own it gets a big thumbs up from me.
  8. Every time before I put it away. I use a cleaner called KG12 and its the best cleaner I have ever used it only takes about 1 min its so quick its not worth chancing leaving it dirty, give it a try I have had all sorts of cleaners and by far the the best . One wet patch one dry no leaving to soak, and repeat if you want to, job done .

  17. Faster the dog the more they get knocked , I got a deerhound x grayhound x collie grayhound a real speed machine and she could hurt her self in a cotton wool factory, I think its just the speed and the drive to get her target .
  18. If you all think about it, average joe from the town thinks all lurcher men are thieving scum that only get up to go and get there dole ,and go out at knight to go and poach game, rabbits ,deer chase about in crops ect ect. So you tell me what harm can it possably do to draw a croud of people that probley have never seen a lurcher type dog run before .There is normaly laughing / banter around the racing how can that do our sport any harm at all?. All sides of our sport should stick together, remember fox hunting lots of hunts seperated them selves from other sports instead of joining tog

  21. My mate out lamping with a 70lb lurcher slipped her on a rabbit she toot it up the hedge about 40 yds turned it back strait at him he lamped the rabbit as it came past him the dog hit him at full tilt in the side of his knees sending him around like a cattering wheel, battery was on a strap swang around at speed and came to a very sudden stop right on top of his head , the impact broke the dogs back . The mate he was with heard the impact 100 yds away , when he got to him he was covered in blood with a split right across his head . Not the best night.
