  4. well done for the effort so far as well mate, its looking good. respect for taking it on
  5. there was a guy on here a bit ago that had done his S200 in summat called plastidip, like a hard rubberised coating that gave it a real nice "tactical" look and probably made it nice and grippy as well. i plan on doing my stock with the same stuff when i get paid. apparently its safe to use on the metalwork as well.
  6. hi all, i have a pdf of a ghillie suit construction book, if there is any way i could upload it to here people to download for themselves, could you let me know. its only 2.9 mb in size. if its a no no and anyone wants a copy, pm me your e-mail address and i'll send it as an attachment.
  7. welcome mate. I bet that triggers fingers getting itchy as hell for your new HW100. All the best with it when you get back here,
  8. man if you pm me your e-mail address i'll send you a book iv got on ghillie suit construction
  9. hmm, HW95K only 300 quid brand spanking new. Very tempted
  10. yeah , Si mate, iv had a quick look at em, and seen the one you have in action in some of your vids. iv never actually held one though. i think i'll get the guy in my local gunshop to give us a ring if one comes in second hand as i can't justify paying full price for a new one when im perfectly happy with the rifle i have. i would really like one though, just for a change once in a while.
  11. I will never get back the time it just took to read that. thanks.
  12. i love my falcon. im surprised at how few you see about. having held a few of the "top" rifles, i wouldn't swap my falcon for any of em. beautiful photos by the way. i wish i had a dog to come out with me.
  13. now, i will freely admit that i have noodle arms and my old tx200 used to kill me after a few hours out. after this experience i dont think i'd have an underlever rifle again. just my opinion, and im not slating the rifle at all as i know its world class, just a bit heavy if you're a weakling like me.
  14. Thanks mate just had a brain wave,,looked on my camera and i can do them on there. stuff the laptop. proper tool i am. cheers tho pal ill have a look a for said program Andy ha! im also a deft exponent of making things appear harder than they actually are.
  15. you can edit the size of images in photoshop if you have it. its a bit complicated though if your not familiar with it.
  16. well done mate. hope its the first of many for ya.
  17. cant say fairer than that. thats why i put the link up to the review center. its a good place to get info off people who have been through the buying and owning process instead of getting second or third hand information. good luck with whatever you decide to get mate and i hope it serves you well
  18. the old bloke that owns my local gunshop once said "I'd rather catch AIDS twice than have a logun"!!!! apparently they'd had a few brought back to the shop with problems that couldn't be fixed by them so they had to go back to logun. I even met someone in the shop who new someone who worked on the S16, he seemed quite proud of the fact. needless to say, i didn't mention that the guy he was doing business with was dissing the sh*t out of them the week before because of this, i'll never be tempted by one or anything that looks like one eg.a gunpower stealth.
  19. in fact, personally, if I had 400 quid to buy another pre-charge rifle right now, I'd get an air arms S200, without a shadow of a doubt.
  20. here's a place i like to check for stuff i wanna buy, i could and have spent hours trawling this site! http://www.reviewcentre.com/
