We have gone from no cases a day to double figures in a fortnight, what a surprise that is then. ? Oh and Cornwall doesn't only survive on emmit money, it's just the cream on the cake.

For the ultimate rat pellets! I'm constantly looking for the best terminal effects, but accuracy is also of paramount importance. I only shoot rats for work, every rat counts and the quicker they die the humaner it is, and almost as importantly the easier it is for the farmer or whoever to find the corpses, which ultimately shows them what a good job I'm doing. I never clear the rats up. So I've tried barracuda hunter extremes, all the hollow points, most flat heads, ultra shock, polymags, the best until now have been the latter two, but now that I have finally got my hands on H

On this particular job I got there and could see immediately that the farmer and a pretend pest controller had tried every type of bait they could lay there hands on. So straight away it's obvious that bait aversion and resistance are going to be the main hurdle. So PCP,s and NV were the way forward as is so often the case now. The place was pretty heaving, but not the worst I've seen, after I think around seven or eight night visits it was pretty much clear. To be fair the farmer actually commented after the first visit that I'd "cleared em all"! ? Now that initial problem is s

Now funny you should mention that! He was going on to a contract after I cleared up the initial rat infestation, but then I learned that a certain dick head in our area that thankfully finally lost their fac had the permission on this particular farm for the deer I suggested that if I have sole shooting rights I would give him the year contract free in exchange. Needless to say he almost snatched my hand off. So we are both happy Bunnies ?

Yesterday afternoon in the blazing sunshine I decided to go and check my trail cams to see what the roe buck activity was looking like. Took my kral np02 for the walk. After checking the cams I decided to sit in my favourite part of the farm which is a very old, very little used "dingley dale" old run down farmhouse, lots of very old oak and ash trees. It was as very cool and quiet down there with only sounds being the long tailed tits and the small stream. So I decided that although it was too early, and far too hot for the rabbits to come out there were plenty of pigeons flying in

Friend of ours grew this triffid from a seed that was given. It produced rediculously.

I believe that still to be the case. Certainly was around ten years ago. My son found a dead one near avonmouth docks also, but that was probably about fifteen years ago now.

There are still small colonies of rattus rattus in Liverpool, Bristol and east end docks, all watched very closely by the ministry.

If they've been working while this has been going on they have been earning "to survive" they don't need to be greedy and scab off the government , more importantly the tax payer. ?

Got mine in four days. Personally I would rather have been working and earnt a lot more but I can't take the risk. Boils my piss though knowing blokes who have worked throughout and still claimed it.

I hear Somerset or Wales or Scotland are far better than Cornwall, dirty place rammed with holiday makers.

It's that time of year again. We lost our only gosling that hatched yesterday to either a stoat or a weasel. Last night / this morning a fox had one of our hens that is an escapologist. She had got out and paid the price.
