  1. You just about summed it up mate. I have already taken her to a greyhound vet but will do it again. He just cracked her hips, didnt seem to do alot but i will try it again. If anything it sounds like arthritic condition in joints but the dog is only just 2. Is that unusual? Any ideas on how to treat it?
  2. Recently my dog has started to limp after a hard session of hunting. If I run her to hard she will no longer walk on it. It does not cause her any pain and she moves about and about after an hour she is fine again. Any ideas before I take to vet? Thanks

  6. I know there is alot of talk about this breed atm. I was wondering if anyone had any pics of these dogs? Also any info would help i.e. what it kills, how it does it (rips to pieces or just kills it.) Also what height can they get to? Saw Diggets black male and it got me thinking about it. Damn fine dog mate.

  9. I see alot of Bull X greyhounds but i was wondering if anyone has done a deer x bull. If not why not, is their a reason for using a greyhound insted of a deerhound.
  10. I'm in two minds because someone told me he could have worms so i might try some worm tablets first before i spend $$$ to have a vet tell me he needs worm tablets. The two incedents were three weeks apart so i doubt they were related.
  11. He is 7 months old now and is coming along very well. I took him out this morning for a quick hunt but I noticed that he had diarerra and blood in his stool. A couple weeks ago he refused to eat for a day and vomited bile the whole day. I have only put 2 and 2 together now so any help would be appreciated. He has had all needles and has been wormed. I don't know if it is relevant but he has a very runny nose and sneezes a lot at the moment. Thanks

  14. I found this on a site don't know if it is true but it sounds ok. "The name Bull Arab came about around 26 to 28 years ago, when a fellow by the name of Mick Hodges, living in and around Brisbane at the time , ended up with a mistake litter of pups out of a Bullterrier bitch called Bull and a Doberman dog called Arab. Whilst writing an advertisement in the local paper to sell the pups in a hurry after work, he wrote down Bull Arab pups, instead of Bull – Doberman pups and did not even realise this until his first few phone calls that Saturday morning. A good number of people rang enquiri

  20. If you have any idea about putting a whippet of any breeding onto a fox you need your head tested.yes a whippet is game enough to have a go,especially one from Mike Brown, but on its own you would have one very badly mauled or very dead dog. With another bigger hunting dog theres no problem, the whippet gets stuck in as well.Hope you never get hold of a whippet before you grow up.what age are you 12? Mate no way, i know someone who had a whippet and it took many foxes through out its life on its own. It would get and minor injury every now and then but other then that i would kill foxes
