    Lorelei have you tried cleaning the center battery connector on the 8ft micro collar also try putting a small amount of silver foil behind the battery when you fit the battery in the cap then screw it on . I must be lucky but my 3 8ft micro collars all work on 393's.

    My tip would be if you havn't got a deepfreeze to keep rabbit in then get one quick and start filling it soon , you will need them.

    Jules here is a photo of a mk3 and 2 mk1 ferret collars . 1 15 ft and 1 8ft micro . I hope this helps.
