17/08/2013 - 10:15:33Back to Ireland Home A man has been killed after a road accident in Co Longford this morning. A man in his early 30s was killed when his car collided with a bridge wall on a minor road at Esker South near Ballinalee, Co. Longford. Gardaí from Granard are investigating the single-vehicle accident which was discovered shortly before 6am this morning. The man was pronounced dead at the scene and the road is closed for forensic investigation.
