Under Shariat law the Death penalty for Homosexuality is a penalty it is a law under Shariat, which only applies in a Islamic system. if you dont obey a Section 27 in uk you can be arrested for a public order offence, You dont have to have commited any offence only if in the estimation of the law enforcer a public order offence may occur ,Unlike a section 5 where it involves offensive behavoiour or language in a public place and usually it has to be on the complaint of a member of the public.
