  1. ive just got my dog back after he was stolen over a year ago so i'd microchipped and lie thru my teeth if he 'accidently' chased something
  2. makes me wish i knew someone round here to take him out with so i could see what he's been taught. He's my first lurcher and we were supposed to be learning together lol, but he's obviously had some sort of training and whoever had him seems to of taught him to behave round sheep cos he never did before
  3. he's also got scars on his face, neck, legs and chest they think he might of been tied up
  4. all i know is he was picked up in a field near the busiest road thru leicester. some workmen had stopped for a fag brek and obie came over for a drink and bought a rabbit with him but wouldn't let the blokes touch him, as soon as the woman dog warden tipped up he went to her. he has been a bit weird with my other half but is sticking to me closer than my shadow
  5. Haven't posted for a bit cos 14months ago some thieving gits stole my lurcher out the garden, left my terrier tho cos she put up a fight. I informed the police, vets, rescue centres and everywhere else i could think of but to no avail (the police thought it was travellers as a couple of other lurchers in the area had been taken too) well i got a phone call last week from leicester dog warden and they'd found my boy!! He was catching rabbits when they found him and he even bought them back to the warden. It was unreal seeing him again as he's gone from a small pup to a huge rough coated boy but
  6. I hope so too as long as my terrier doesn't eat him first
  7. nice pup hope it does well

  8. This is my new 10 week saluki/greyhound x 1/4 bull 3/4 greyhound pup obie. My first lurcher so hopefully won't mess up too bad
