Advice please. With summer over I have put a couple of carpet squares in the sleeping area. The kennel is about 18ins off the ground and I always towel the dog off if wet before putting away. A damp spot appears on the underside of the carpet and the wooden kennel floor. I am guessing it's from the dogs body heat? What would be a better floor covering please.

It's a tough game at any level but I would like to see Fury get his chance of a good pay day.

We have a gas fired central heating system with a small double radiator in the kitchen which isn't enough for the size of the room. Can I just replace it with a bigger radiator or is there more to it. Thanks for any advice.

Attitude of recscue owner. I made a telephone enquiry about a dog and at the end of the call, I had been given a lecture about the wrongs of keeping dogs housed outside. I would have given them £100 that they ask for and the young dog would of wanted for nothing ,he is ten months and never been walked or socialised.

Some advice please. I am thinking of getting into the dogs with a Monmoore trainer. Just a share at this stage to test the water. I know you don't make any money out of moderate dogs but I am told they are paid for running and a little prize money now and then would help with training fees. Cheers, Phil. Any advice

Welcome George, Have you not been tempted by .177 or .25 for plinking. When I started with air guns in the 70's, hunting was just about all .22 and tin cans .177. How things have changed. All the best and enjoy the forum. Phil.

I have had a knife from Ray (riohog) it is very well made at a fair price and I would recommend them. I fancy another to keep for best.
