1M&HD, I wouldn't worry about it. I have a jill that does the same and if I get a steady mark off the locater or terrier then I carry on digging even after she has moved and % of the time I recover a body. It is a bonus on deep warrens as I know once she has topped it she will resurface and I don't have to dig too deep (if she doesn't then she will have to be dug as she will stay forever... )!! The main point is to work with what you have got and now that you know she is slaying them, you can either dig or not (in my case it depends on how deep!). Another point is that ferreting

Why should the PTA allow dogs not registered with them to be shown in their classes? Of course the PTCGB welcomes PTA regsitered stock as they only formed in order so that they could regsiter their bull-blooded plummers. I think dog clubs are the kiss of death for working dogs and only serve a purpose for individuals flirting with the idea of hunting with dogs.

A friend of mine once lost his lurcher and rang the local police station to report it missing. The female PC took the details and told him that their kennels were empty. He then rang the local dog warden who he knows and he told him he was on his way to collect a dog matching that description from that police station reported to him by that female pc two hours ago!! My mate went down and collected his lurcher after making a scene.......... It turns out that the woman just couldn't be arsed with stray dogs and their owmers and the paperwork involved........lazy cow!!
