  1. Pretty sure it used to be said that 3 rabbits eat the equivalent amount of grass as 1 sheep
  2. I knew of a " strain" of this cross , many moons ago. They had a funny trait of taking hold of their quarry then spinning & spinning around in the tube until something broke or the quarry suffocated

  4. Not sure if this has anything to do with this post, but I dug to a dog directly out if this dog. I've been out of the game since I came here, but I couldn't fault the dog in question (not Hagler). He was a big lump of a dog so you couldn't enter him just anywhere
  5. Anyone know if this is available digitally? I live in Oz & it would cost a kidney to get it posted

  7. Having recently recently purchased a kelpie pup & going through the usual trials & tribulations of puppyhood, I've realised what a good dog they would be to use. I remember Phil Lloyd using one in the 80"s , wondering how it all went & does anyone run this type of dog now. They have intelligence in abundance, energy to burn & a coat which is almost impenetrable., he's certainly the smartest dog I've ever owned. I understand that the prey drive is very high too
  8. It would be real good to see some photos , just to keep this exiled Welshman happy
  9. Not sure about West Wales, but he certainly spent some time in South Wales & a lot of time underground in Mid Wales
