the scottish lads are referring to triple wire fences,stone dyke walls ,thick high hedges and hares that are very well educated , due to the fact that us scotsmen do infact GET out there in the feild OFTEN. I have seen quite a few saluki drenched dogs not make the grade in this enviroment.no offence meant but as for turning off the pc mines was off and my dog WAS OUT TONIGHT ,WAS YOURS just an opinion of mine.atb Benny My post was not aimed at you Bendrover. I know mate, all I want is to make friends...... I'm misunderstood really. you need new material ive heard that one before off you gets boring after the 50th time of reading. all i can say is it is a good thing for usernames instead of proper ones cos not only are you making a laffing stock of yourself your family would probably be embarassed by your shit and the whole of scotland about your lack of knowledge . hey but when you first started typing i thought he sounds a good laff but being repetitive just bores me now 1 bit of advice is change your name [again] and get some more fec

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm I sense your warming to the idea of old bear feeder here taking you out for a stroll on a frost moor ain't ya mate??? Don't you worry, I'll show you dogs catching on the ground before your precious ones get made an ars errrr get allowed to show their ability... That's such an informative post Hannah....and it sounds very much like your dogs are brought up similarly to mine. Thanks for responding... Its a topic that i find really interesting, i was knocked by lurcher guys a lot when the pup was young, all telling me by allowing him to hunt up i'd get him into bad habits, but as you stated earlier there is a massive difference between a dog that has been brought up roaming and a dog that has been kenneled and taken for walks, in their attitude to game. I'm not stated either way is the better way, just i favour the free range lifestyle.

No red neck here mate. I've never gave it large on here and threw out a challenge only to back down again..... read back and see if I have.... I was offering Robert the chance of running his dogs up here to prove they can kill anywhere, at no time was it against my dogs BUT, that his err friend who is a boy, colon threw out that challenge then dissapeared up his err own colon once I accepted!!! as i say no need to apologise it take a bigger man to back down than to accept mate FPMSL.............. ohhhhhh your good...

Nothing wrong with what your doing Buttermilk. Your only out a walk where there happens to be rabbits, not as if your taking the pup on a days hunting. Just watch the distance you walk as you probably already know.

Phone them up and tell them what happened. When your on the phone let them think you know what your talking about. Tell them you felt the air going cold from the blower so you knew immediately their was a problem and when you pulled over it cut out. You never run the van hard etc or out of water. Let them know you know what your talking about and you monitor the water levels cos their ain't no temp gauge and you keep the blower to warm to check it has water. Your not happy this has left you without a van, what are they going to do about it. As soon as you let them think you don't know anything
