Hi,i'm a member of a small syndicate,we put down 750 poults and aim to shoot eight days of around 35/40 birds. There are twelve full guns who all pay the same. The idea was that all members share the work, rearing, feeding, puting out hoppers ect.We have been very successful in acheiving our goal, returning a five year average of 50% or over of birds put down.It is a relaxed shoot and we take turns to walk and stand. My question is how does other syndicates get round the problem of sharing out the work as there are six members who end up doing all the work!!!How do other syndicates manage this issue?
