Had a pint and a game of pool with one of Geronimo's relatives....seriously! Also visited Geronimo's hideout in Northern Arizona, was a cave house that was curt into a sheer sided canyon wall.....originally reached by hand a foot holes cut into the rock...amazing place.... Arizona has lots of Apache and Navajo historical places to visit....

I can fix things....cars, motor bikes, big trucks,computers, leccy stuff etc.....fixed my wee boy's dragon yesterday, heartbroken when it wouldnae roar!! Laid solid wood floors in my house, built kennels, deck etc.... Fitted a wood burnin stove... I would have a pop at most things except painting...dont like painting...stuff like hammerite or cuprinol is ok but inside house painting - nah...

This is my third year with my Hatsan and it still knocks stuff out the sky! Never jammed on me yet and it has had a bit of abuse....I use it on the foreshore and for going round feeding ponds etc, got it to try and save my old 301..... -

Brilliant dogs, but headstrong? Unreal! They are as tough as anything I have seen....I had to split mine and my springer up as they were going to tear each other to bits....neither would back down..... As yer man says, on a scent though, they will not stop! And you cant tire them out!!

Thats how we all start, wee community tank, then you end up on the African cichlids and before you know it you are overrun with tanks and fish! I got to the stage there was no money changing hands with the local shops, I was trading young fish for gear and other fish......its a good hobby.....very interesting, but you can get sucked in, like anything else I guess!!

I read somewhere that they should be covered in butter and jammed up a chimney for a few months, then polished and varnished......dunno if thats true tho! Could have been a wind up!!

Selvey, I saw 2 different skeins of them in the Moray Firth on the weekends of the 3rd and 10th of August, given that they will head south, I reckon they must be on the Tay by now... ZacB, horrible! Although I would be willing to try one of this years birds....might be worth a go, but any older - feed them to your dogs.....

30 years ago, Beige Mk1 1600L 4 door Cavalier, SGE57R cost me £400 and one front wing was made of caty. Taught me a lot that old motor, how to set points, plugs, dizzies, rockers, brakes etc etc.....great motor, you could jump in beside it and work on it..... Drove it for 4 years and eventually the back diff locked and ripped the shoite out of the back axle.....off to the scrappers..... Cant remember the amount of times I pulled in it, producer slips for the cop shop every time I went out in it..... mind you I had a firestick on a mag mount on the roof with a cub's tail on it.......th

Aye, but take it off if I am working on a machine or a motor....too many horror stories of guys getting bad injuries wearing them...got a titanium one to try and stop it getting wrecked....
