    Woohoo, I have won a watch, I have a pile of Rhoddie under a tarp oot back and a whole hornbeam logged and split in the store......didnt know how they burnt till I read that....thanks for the info!!

    You shoot it, you drag it....them's the rules.....my mate and myself slag lumps out of the dragger....always carry each other's rifle tho....makes a difference!! Nice beastie and they are really hard to drop, good you got a second chance......every time you look at that rack you will remember....

    I'd rather eat my own mickey, they are bowfin and I have scranned most things on this planet....had them in Brighton and they are absolutely horrible. Welks, cockles, mussels etc are all fantastic, but eels....no way never again....I was tasting them for hours.....had to drink pishy english lager to get rid of the taste!!!

    If that was the wedding, WTF happened on the stag? Must have been a belter! Seriously tho, thank fekk the auld boy was coshed when that happened....mate did that same injury on the rugby park and he actually thought his foot had been ripped off.....he was in some state. He has recovered well now tho, but it ended his playing. All the best to your sis and her man......cancer is the worst of the worst.....dont like to think of the number of close rellies I have lost to it....its frightening...

    My mechanic has done it, bought a bit of land of the farmer, has built some hard standing, 3 big garages....uses 1 garage for all the machine, lathes, mills etc and the other has the workshop in, lift and tools etc. Third garage, huge door....and he has parked his caravan inside it....got planning to make it into a house and he is taking his time doing it....10 years there so far!! He loves it....its as warm as toast in there during the winter and cos the van cant be seen, he has no hassle from anyone....

    Nothing wrong with a few pints, I do like to amble along the high st on a saturday night and partake of a few refreshments, nothing outrageous now....not with my two getting up early doors and rampaging aboot the hoose!! On a weekend away for a rugby match tho.....its funny how it comes back to you.....that mad young ability to go completely radge!!

    Every 2 days a bag of feed barley goes in.....there are 50 canadas on it at the moment and they are hoovering the feed....however, saturday is the day that the canadas get the malky......cant wait.....

Tell you whit tho, they must be on the hunt for munt, when I have been down to the toon, there are plenty of fit birds....maybe its my old age and the fact we were in 'classier' establishments, but there are plenty of nice lassies aboot....... You are right tho, there were plenty of chutney ferrets in that program.....its societys fault, when we were young anyone displaying that sort of squeeky gaylord voice would have been leathered quick smart and you would not have heard them trying that on again.....fekkin greeks!

    My first lurcher was a mare, got me into so much bother. Ate a whole turkey, 3lb block of butter, a spool of elastic thread. It wisnae fun pullin the elastic out of his erky, he was tryin to bite me the whole time...my ma was demented with him. He got run over twice, trying to kill ice cream vans....good rabbit dog tho.......

    Nice on Mik. I was sitting out on our flightpond last night, hiding in the wee hazels....I got eaten alive, my hands are swollen like balloons...fekkin skeeters. I got a pigeon and I texas heart shot a crow.....1 solitary drake came in and I damn well missed it! Will keep at it though....feed started going in last weekend....thats us till the pond freezes over!!!

    I got slagged off in the office today....asked what I did last night. Said I took the kids up the top to watch the farmer combining the field...was explaining about crops and supplying food for the country etc....the farmer called us in and the kids got up into the cab on the combine and the tractor........folks in the office were looking at me like ai was mental! Isnt it dangerous? Why? etc etc couldnt get their heads round why it was interesting.....also....never fails to pay off.....I am up there tonight with the .22 to pick off a few crows and maybes a bunnie or 2....

    Beyond belief.......my mate had a kidney infection and got the camera up the japper.......says it was agony!! A fork? Wit.....?? It must have been in tatters....
