    Exactly!Had many episodes of insomnia after a dig never really asked other folk if they get it, sounds a bit weird when i say i cant sleep as my head is filled with the sound of the shovel clanging and the dog baying!

    Coonboy your not looking for much !!!!!! not experianced enough to own a dog what gets banged up I be happy with yappers for the time being Why would you want a dog that spends more time in the sick bay than out grafting?     A muzzle will get alot of dogs worked up and its not very handy if the dog fancies a drink, I have a terrier that likes to bark in the middle of the night if anything makes noise mainly since we put the cows in the field but i dont really have any neighbours close by just a few charolais and sheep in the fields.Good luck with the sale fella

    Great picture Liam ! I have heard many great stories of the old days and how much better it was for the hunting man than today. It's a shame that things are getting so bad for terrier work and all hunting, I imagine in them days there werent as many idiots in the game as there are today. Nice one for sharing!

    Bonny terrier mate, Aslong as it does the job for you and your happy with it mate, they dont have to be all marked up to have worked plenty, Some dogs are clever and seem to have the nack for not getting bitten too often and still keeping the quarry in its place

    First off a decent terrier, Shovel, graft, locator,nets, shotgun,torch, Lunch!, Water and a bowl for dogs,diluted hibiscrub and gauze,metacam,vet wrap,teramycin, i put my hibiscrub in a spray bottle. and have plenty of water to rinse the dogs eyes after a dig.

    If you check out his last topic he said the dog had done some bushing and ratting and he was saying he wants a chocolate stud dog. Although his last topic hadnt faired well as what he was saying made it seem like he was just in it for breeding some chocolate pups as these bring ££££££s

    Another programme with total biased! The traps were fox traps not badger traps as they said they forget to mention that any non target animal can be released unharmed with these traps but instead they try to make everything sound all dark and evil, Is it any wonder people are getting it into their heads that they need to phone the police if they see a man with a dog as the way they put it the hunting of any animal with dogs is illegal, now that come across to the general public that rabbiting, ratting with dogs etc is illegal!     Totally agree, i have found the big dog foxes easier on the terrier where as you say a fiesty little vixen can dish it out sharp and quickly!

    That may be true but those who are serious are not in it for the money they are in it to breed top quality pups! Its when it becomes about money that crap is bred.
