    Its possible but i would want at least two ties to be sure...i had a problem with my dog moving off when i went near him to help. as he sees me as the alpha male he was a little put off so i got the bitches owner to help and moved away from the proceedings until needing to help turn him when tied.....

    Sounds like you got a good doctor Jigsaw, but there are some dodgy forgein doctors about so much so that there are calls to give them further training before allowing them to work in the UK. I had an aunt who had been with her same GP for years not far from where Bulldoug lives, moved in the late seventies area and doctors predominantly white & white irish. Asians moved in, doctors changed to asian. She developed problems with her stomach around 2005, asian doctor phobbed her off numerous times in 18 months.     Could these lost people be the result of "Care in the Community" policies, where large mental health hospitals were sold off and the land in which they stood; to property developers (who probably donated to political parties) leaving these vunerable people to be preyed upon. That said it's not right to enslave anyone....gangmasters whether chinese, asian or gypsy (traveller - whatever is the correct term) need to feel the full force of the law....

    never said that but if you don't deal with them you cant be accused of racial assault whilst persuading them to cough up!! Only guy who tried to short change me on an alarm job was in his 70's, white, well to do and owned two factories. Left envelope short of a tenner and wasnt surprised when i said it was short???     Most of the expansion in population has been driven by net immigration, mainly of people of child bearing age. Most of these people wont want to live in the countryside, so hopefully the housing shortage will be met by development of brownfield sites in cities. The rich hobby farmers have always existed, they have increased no doubt as traditional farmers have sold out to them when they couldnt turn a profit from smaller farms.     Weirdly on my drive home from shift this morning there was an interview with a commercial grower on radio 4 farming programme...maybe you can get it on i player. They basically said they are getting out from Bramleys because of the intensive needs of pruning and also claimed this year was a weird one as the blossom came too early and was then hit with a frost, killing many of the apples and the pollinating insects....they said the dry spell affected texture as well so their entire bramley crop was going for juicing....

    I doubt it and wouldn't like to test the theory. If you want a manstopper then the temprement has to be spot on for this type of work and just getting dogs from tested parents wont eliminate the risk as variables in a litter mean not all would make the grade. Even some schz titled dogs may perform on the training field as they see this as a game, an ob routine with bite work if you like, but i wouldn't trust them to guard me or my property in a real life scenario. Unfortunately unless you get into a real life situation its a hard thing to test for, this sphere of dog work is very special

    Certain lines of AB have always been used to guard property (nations lines and some of the JDJ stuff) the addition of pit doesn't really do a good ab any favours tbh in this respect. It only serves to get the dog classified as type if the dog looks pit.....
