seriously cant stand people that cant control their dogs! why have it off the lead if it doesnt listen to you?

  drives me mad, i know my dogs a bit dodgy round handbag dogs so i put him on a lead, this guy had chiwawa thing and a boxer and neither listned to a word he said and desided to attack my dog, if the dog doesnt even respond to its name why let it off leash? rand over haha
