40 odd deer a month is some going My Law ..........fair play to you, not sure I am that comfortable with hunting the park Deer, but hey each to his own. No mean task for a dog is a Fallow.......good dogs you had back then. Never hunted deer myself, but Fallow look like big customers. Got a Hobart mincer to sell it's only good for dog food but can handle whole rabbits and hares. The blade could do with a sharpen but apart from that its in good working order £ pm if intrested.

Well done Mark i think alot of people on here must have a shortage of rabbits and like to save them for winter. But you like myself seem to live in a rabbit rich area and with plenty of grass fields to run them on all year round. I see nothing wrong in killing rabbits year round if you have the numbers and the land all the better. Call it vermin control call it keeping the farmer happy call it what ever you like but at the end of the day its bloody good fun

You are probably right not posting pics in the current climate pal But there was never a ban on hunting deer with dog as long as you did so with land owners permission and in the hours of daylight. But the good old Labour government changed that
