    cold in winter what a load of crap . get a decent 1 and its like a house. and as for heationg etc ive put a sceptic tank in and water supply was already on land and just pay for electric connection and gas bottles expensive to get set up but well worth it with no neighbours to complain

    im living in a 35ft x12 static on 2acres of land with all electric , gas and drainage and running water its better than being on an estate with moaning neighbours . i get round it by keeping pigs on the land and nothing [NO TEXT TALK] can do. and im not going anywhere else . definately wont be going into any housing estate again
