    Other than getting a good recall is there any other steps you lads use to prevent the dog hunting up (by hunting up i mean the dog not coming back and hanging round the bushes after missing there quarry) cheers lads.

    Abcess lads the vet thinks theres a splinter inside his throat he will be having a op tomorrow afternoon picking him up saturday morning thr vet said it will cost around 180 glad its nothing serious.cheers lads

    One thing after another with the dogs lately, its a totally painless and i cant touch it an squeeze it and it dont hurt him, lump formed in lireally hours on one side of neck just under his jaw hes eating drinking and is totally himself any ideas what it could be im thinking an allergic reaction of some sort for it to come up so quickly.ill try him for a few days on benadryl if no luck ill get him to vets, what do you lads think it could be its about the size ofa golf ball

    Got a 9 month old bitch here lads had her a few days now the last owner didnt have time for her he litrelly had done nothing with her dont think she was even walked much anyway her recall is non excsitent to get her back i have to go on me knees or walk away every time shes coming back i.give her a treat an make a fuss ino, any ideas gettin her recall upto scratch lads any help appreciated cheers lads.

    Best pic i could get he never stops moving, hes 15 weeks and hes 18tts i dont think he will be very heavy parents were racey both parents were collie bull grey not sure one percentages very happy with the pup though.

    Alright lads picked a pup up of this cross a couple day back, very happy with him, i beileve this cross is a cracking all rounder, will put some pics up when im not on phone, can i see some pics of yours? would be nice to see some examples on how he may turn out. Cheers lads.

    I did i thought f**k it and went out for a shine as soon as i got in the field seen about five about 20 yards away slipped the dog he run turned it he caught it in between his legs then stumbled dropped the rabbit then he was running it again turned it a coupke times then caught, he didnt bark once whilst doing thing so maybey the other night was a one of, thanks for all the adivce anyways.

    I just hada chat with the lad who i had him off he said he did a few times when he was younger then he never done it again he said he hasnt been out ina while due to having a newly born child.

    Yup you typed what i was typing but trotter is right give him a chance and maybe if he had a few easy ones he may not yap but i do think this is why they parted with him in the 1st place yeah mate more than likely fuckers didnt say nothing to me about the yapping when i was putting him in the boot, other than the yapping im happy with him.

    So i picked up a 3 year old first x collie greyhound of a lad i know in the week heard good things about the dog so i thought id have him, so last night i went out local just to try the dog, it wasnt really the weather for it but was dark enough just didnt have the conditions i would of liked, but i couldnt wait so i went so i got in the first field spotted a rabbit he cracked on to he set out in persuit of it he got close so i was quite happy at this point when he turns it then the f****r let out a yap not very loud but he did yap he turned i again then the rabbit somehow got away and hit th
