  5. as crap as everyone thinks it was, they will make lots of money doing what alot of people on here ask how to get into, at least they are "doing something", yes their approach may or may not give pest controllers a bad name, but within london there are 100's of house's, that when they have a pest problem, they dont give a shite about a proffessional approach, they just want someone to get rid of the problem
  6. every time they are handled, ie DAILY

  10. work asked me if Id take a night off from working the underground, and do a nights work down in herne bay (kent) some bird proofing/ plastic hanging door strips needed doing, I jumped at the chance, as underground can get boring sometimes, and I like to work without looking out for auditors, something the underground have a lot off, well we got down there around 9pm and were on our way home by 2am, so again, an easy nights work, as my mate had picked me up in his van, save taking the two, as we were unloading the gear, I noticed a 30mtr roll of 1"x1" mesh in the back, leftovers from another jo

  15. so, you want to use it for ferreting, which may involve it biting a rabbit, but if it bites YOU, it should be killed , surely, training/handling a kitt/ferret is the only way of teaching it what to bite, or not too,so the blame for a biting ferret would fall on YOU, and your failure to socialise the ferret, rather than the ferret itself
  16. give up snaring until you learn at the end of the day, respect for your quarry comes first, plus the humane killing of it, imagine this scenario, you run out of ammo for your rifle, or it breaks while your out, you then come across one of your snared rabbits, what would you do as stated, give up snaring until you can be shown how to neck a rabbit, it only goes to give trapping/snaring a bad name
