After sitting on jury duty a while back i can assure you if it was unanimous then it was clear cut..... ..he had 8 women on the panel which in a rape case would have been very worrying indeed for him if he had any thoughts in his mind that he had acted inappropriately at anytime. I have sat on a jury and it wasn't unanimous just some people are too weak to stick with it. Also it is well known in rape cases that women are far harsher on the victim then the rapist. Men are far more likely to convict and women more liable to see the victim as having 'asked for it'

Police don't know about law, thats why we have lawyers etc. This is why the RSPCA get away with shit cos the police back them up. You should have told them they couldn't come near your property as you hadn't had a risk assessmewnt done lately and you didn't want to end up being sued if one of them tripped on some wet leaves

Take no notice Lilylau ....the intelligent ones one here sussed you're a lady....either that or you're into your flower arranging ...clue in the name can't recall if its been mentioned but a lot of people I know keep terriers and lurchers for racing at the country shows ..the old terrier - lurcher grudge matches are often the best bit of the day

nope they never sent me for tests , just said to make sure I mentioned it in the future , its on my records but I probably should go back and insist on a few tests , be nice to know what caused it.

Spaniels are hardwork ..well I find them to busy for me. You could join a gundog training group and do field trials _ wouldn't need to kill nowt then or working trials ..where you deffo wont need to kill nothing. Look them up see what you think -good luck

Apparently the owner of these dogs has a FB page where she advertises pups and boasted of their aggresive nature..she also stated on it that her bullmastiff doesn't like youngsters and has gone to bite previously...So totally irresponsible. i had an allergic reaction to either the spray or the tube or maybe both ! throat swelled up on the way home and I had to get to A&E cos I couldn't breathe ..now that was scary

Had a dog microchipped yesterday, had a phonecall today saying they had found it on the floor of the reception area ..so it fell out of her ...slightly worrying ...lucky they found it or I would have thought I had a chipped dog but wouldn't have !

Insurance isn't so you get your money back if your dog gets stolen, it is so you can afford vet bills. It would stop all the shitty DIY surgery people do with a stapler for one thing. But also it would stop lots of dogs being PTS if it is cheaper to just buy a new pup. Basically, if you have to actually pay for more than food maybe fewer dickheads would buy puppies on a whim and there would be fewer litters being bred by people out to make some quick money. If you have spend £30 per pup, then insure them then only the more dedicated would breed. Heaven forbid maybe some thought would go in to

Stolen Malinois pup from wisbech area this week . Sire- nero vom haus mecki Dam- kenine amalthea Pup- 7 months old ,female, belgian malinois. This pup have dew claws on both back legs. She also have soft ears. Pup stolen soon after advertising her for sale on pets4homes. anyone hear anything inbox me Cheers

Yeah you're right of course but I didn't want them keep coming back and I don't know how easy it is for them to get a warrant. I know they have to have good cause ..or should but things don't always go the way they should for the little guy !
