    Totally agree Darryl, Accuracy is everything even My .25 cal TTR 1 is shooting at 11.3 ft / lbs but super accurate, Superb shooting Si as well. atvb Daz 7.

    Lovely guns but keep an eye on the Cocking linkage has some have had trouble with them, Me included. read up on a Post by "Mawders' on here and he goes into detail what the problems are. atvb Daz 7.

    Woken up at 06:30am by a pair of Bandits on the prowl for song bird Bashing But introduced them to the TTR 1 in .25 Cal Flavour instead got one on cam and one off cam. atvb Daz 7.

    Are you in love with shooting again? Not as much as i Use to but getting there only shooting a little bit due to being Skint and doing alot of overtime so when i do get chance to shoot am enjoying it more now, Cheers bud for asking. atvb Daz 7

    Cheers Matt, That was what i originally bought it for, But having tried loads of pellets found it loves the lightest .25 cal pellets which are H & N FTT @ 19.91 gr and after trial and error and alot of range time it is now accurate up to 65 yards but there is a Big drop though at the bottom mildot of My scope which has 8 mildots on it. atvb Daz 7.

    Asked by My Neighbour to Cull some of the woodpigeons has their out numbering the song birds at the feeders, Especially has it's nesting time the pigeons are fighting amongst them selves at the feeders which is keeping the smaller birds away. Unlike out in the fields which has a shortage around here of flocks of Woodies but these are more domesticated and don't seem to stray far has they are spoilt for choice with all the feeders and trees just starting to come into bud. So their numbers have increased unlike their more wild cousins, This one was only 22 yards away and a nice clean heads

    Shot .22 for 30+ years and quite a few with .177 both are good and accurate but i have now Discovered My Ultimate cal and rifle combo by just fancying something different The result is a bonding of My favourite Air Rifle of all time The Theoben Rapid in the guise of the model known as the TTR 1 in .25 cal mated with it's favoured pellet H & N FTT in 19.91 gr, Don't get Me wrong with all the trial and error with the different .25 pellets out there and the extreme weights of some of them it's been a Pig to learn the drop off and maximum range to get the best out of said combo but now

    I concur with You on the cocking lever Mawders mine went within a week but was fixed like You say very quickly, But at the last meet Darryl stripped My .22 Prosport and what i can only assume the dinner lady had put it together with parts made for the .177 cal and the fit and parts were shabby, so like You fell out of love with what is the most pretty springer ever. Now all i have is My two Rapids which are supremely accurate and built like Panzer tanks . atvb Daz 7.

    Not quite True bud, I've the N550 and i Prefer it to the NS and nitehunter offerings as it's more natural like a scope to shoot with, Also both My Rapids have weaver rails so no Messing about re-zeroing with the Day scopes off in seconds and changed over and the only difference between My two rapids is the Calibre .177 & .25 so a quick scroll on the side wheel menu and i've changed both axis Y= and X= which is your Up and down on Your reticle which is written down for both cals, also i like the option of changing reticle types which is a bonus. atvb Daz 7.

    Cheers Lads, Has i've only got the two Air Rifles now, The .177 & .25 i'll see if i can revitalise My shooting passion by having small breaks away from hunting. atvb Daz 7

    Not Posted on any Forum for a While has i've got fed up and had a break Haven't been out either in a Month and stopped shooting has i had lost the passion to shoot and even considered selling My Rapids has like everything Family and Bills come first. But for now here's My only Cam of 2013 shot this Morning. atvb Daz 7.
