depends how many times ye gonner press it i aint trained for years me shoulders fecked but a recon ad piss 100 120 is a lot if ye aint training though
As I'm not as young as I used to be, my condition comes and goes in cycles (depending on tendonitis), but I should be able to press it between 6 and 10 times in a set.
It's only 264lbs (what I'm used to!), 300 + lbs is more impressive.
Totally agree though, for someone who doesn't/hasn't trained, 120kg is flip heavy!
