    shouldnt have sold the hawking truck,at least you could get out and be abused a couple of times a week!!!! Even if finding a bit of rust is like finding gold!!! I should sell mine really lol

    Is it your dog ? brother in laws. He has divorced and has had to move out,he cant have the dog where he is at the moment Not thought of taking it on yourself if it's a good lamp dog ? i dont need any more mate,ive got my own good dogs,he has gone to a working home and im sure will do them proud

    good post this .i agree with every thing you say .years ago there were very very good strains around the country ,all tried and tested and worked by good dog men with a good standard of expectation and fieldcraft skills .i can remember my brother and myself walking home with a few rabbits and people stopping to ask what type of dog it was walking by side of you .whats a lurcher theyd then ask back .then the shows became ever more popular towards the end of the seventies and the yuppies etc started coming on the scene with all these useless unworked crosses and these same useless owners started
