  2. Anyone want to come and have a ferret around? I am based south of basingstoke and am over-run with rabbits. The chap that used to come to me has moved away and am now ferreter-less and the buggers know it!

  5. Hello oh wise ones... So, I have braved taking dear flopsy apart for dinner and found getting it apart a bit harder than expected, even getting through the belly hide. main conclusion is that I dont have the right kit - my fillet knife is really old (yes I will sharpen it) but also its a fish knife So,any recommendations for a good fillet knife?

  15. IME, not every horse is lucky enough to have an owner who is concerned about their teeth and many suffer in silence. These lovely animals do so much for us, the least we could do is get them checked twice a year. historically I have used a specialist EDT, but he has not been well recently, and has recommended a vet that is also greeat with teeth, as not all vets are. My orse all go better when they are happy in their mouths.

  18. thanks, I do have a chap that comes occasionally, and I also collapsed a huge warren last year, but in the meantime they have now started digging in the middle of my paddocks which is an equine leg breaking waiting to happen. In the words of tesco, every little helps. Also will help with said tesco's meat bill (hopefully!)
  19. Afternoon all, I have just joined following a google search on how to snare rabbits - I am over-run with the poxy things and cant shoot them dueto a public footpath and "fluffybunny cutesy" neighbours. be gentle with me, I have lots to learn...
