This made me laugh out loud....our old Terrier was exactly the same. He's been dead almost two years and we still miss him.

In my opinion a Beddy/Whippet/Grey is a good allrounder. My Dog Misty is this breed, We've worked together most of my life and she's always been good on the lamp, bushing, retrieving and general mooching around. This is me and Misty with my new pup Fen.

Thanks Beefy! Can't wait until back end next year when she'll be ready to work, the timing will be perfect because she'll be about 16 months then...I'm looking forward to training her up. Misty, my older bitch will show her the ropes when she's a pup and Fen can watch and learn what to do. I've already made her a rabbit skin stuffed with newspaper and sewn back up, she can practice retrieving with it. Tom

Thanks...her Dam is a Tumbler x collie/whippet/greyhound bitch, her Sire is the same breeding with about an eigth bull/grey from his Sire.

Hi I'm Tom, I've just turned 13 and I love Lurchers and Terriers. I have one Lurcher bitch, she's Bed/Whippet/Grey X Bed/Whippet/Grey she was seven this week and she loves rabbiting and ratting. She comes everywhere with me and my friends when we're down the woods and she is very faithful and obedient. I got mist for my birthday when I was six, she was 7 weeks old. She sleeps on my bed. Our old Lurcher bitch died just before Christmas... she was 19 . it was very sad to loose her but she'd had a very good life and died peacefully in the back of the car on the way to Waitrose. I'm looking
