  1. Thanks Dawn. I'm a tad pleased with this one. He's only ten weeks old but i'm sure he's gonna be a good'un.
  2. Cheers...He's only 10 weeks old but me thinks he's gonna be a good'un. How's your youngsters doin'? I've got a little bitch thats still very puppy like an she's 18 months old. Mike.
  3. I agree £650 is WAY too much for a pup, but again, its much less than all of the designer crossbreeds, and the Saluki's etc.. In fact Borders are probably one of the cheapest pedigree breeds around if you consider all the others. Hope the pup does well for your mate, if you know the dogs reg name, Ill keep my eye open and say hello. No you havent offended me, I respect your opinion, I just didnt want another KC argument thread. My dogs mean a lot to me, I can take them shooting, ratting, Squirreling, bushing, tracking, showing, and in all those pursuits they do everything required o
  4. Betsy and her best friend Rosie!
  5. Never a truer word spoken. Some people wouldn't know a good terrier if it jumped up an' grabbed 'em by the throat !!!
  6. If you have tried for years, you must really want one,if i really wanted something i would pay the price, this is the same problem that keeps cropping up,there has been a set price paid for borders for years,so why should the man who has worked even harder to keep a working line going sell his cheaper, than those who keep them as pets, surely he is entitled to the same money Well said. I couldn't agree more. I'd be more than happy to pay that little bit extra for a border from good workin' bloodstock.
