  9. Go one...treat yourself...because your worth it!!
  10. Had one myself, about £60 from Canada, part-ex'd it with a guy I shot with though for a black version which was a bit less showy and less nick'able...so it only cost me £20 in the end! :thumbs-up: Great for looking after my pride and joy!
  11. Forgot to say...it's about 18 months old...if my memory serves me correctly!
  12. OK, need to make some more room in the gun cabinet so the Escort has to go It's in excellent condition, kills everything I point it at, cycles well and has never let me down. :thumbs-up: Details: Hatsan Escort Semi Auto 12 bore 3.5" Chambers (Super/Double Magnum) 30" Barrel Multi-choke Includes Berrate Mobile Chokes for better patterning & fit Please remember, the 3.5" chambered versions are a touch longer in the stock to the normal 3" versions...which many prefer. :thumbs-up: Looking for ~£250. I'm based in North Shropshire, so within easy reach of Staff
  13. I've heard and read about a lot of people using .243Win 105gn A-Max's for hunting. In the US they use them on deer, fox & coyotes. Anyone had any experience of this, particularly on foxes? I'm personally thinking that 105gn of not too deformable lead as being not too suitable - as it may pass straight through a fox - however I am up for being dis-proved (as being able to buy them cheap over the phone on mail order does have it's advantages!!) :thumbs-up:
  14. Good idea, cheers mate! :thumbs-up:
  15. Does anyone know the neck thickness of .243 Win Lapua cases? Cheers
  16. They are supposed to be excellent, still with quite a high price tag - but cheap compared to the competition! :thumbs-up:
  17. Would be tempted for something other than the Rem SPS...it's the cheap version and as such can feel cheap too. Might be worth taking a look at other models in the Remington family (which I would recommend over those mentioned so far). :thumbs-up:
  18. Reloading, Rebedding, re-crowning, rebarreling, trigger job, re-stocking...need to outline how much you have to spend. :thumbs-up:
  19. Think you may have heard about the minority rather than the majority. Full graollch occurs in the field asap in my book. :thumbs-up:
  20. Definately see more badgers having a tarmac nap than foxes these days too.
